Select Physical Therapy in Toledo, IA is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team at 1307 S. Broadway. You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with the care team in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Outpatient orthopedic experience in the past 5 years if clinically practicing.

• Communicate with colleagues, physicians, patients and families.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 1307 S. Broadway, Toledo, IA 52342

Schedule: Monday- Friday some early days and some later evenings until 6:00p.m.

Compensation: Starting at $80,000 annual base

Incentives: $20,000 sign on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient orthopedic clinical rotaiton if a current student
• Outpatient orthopedic experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
