Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Bondurant, IA is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to focus on sports medicine and athletic rehabilitation. This position features a Monday–Friday schedule with evenings until 6pm.

Compensation starts at $75,000, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief. The role includes mentorship, an expansive CEU program, generous PTO, comprehensive medical plans, a company 401(k), and ongoing clinical advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification
• Strong interest/background in sports medicine and treating athletes

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
