The University of California is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist 2 for the JV Rehabilitation Hospital. This role involves providing direct patient care and requires a California physical therapist license, as well as a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and prior clinical experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while maintaining professionalism in a demanding environment.
The Physical Therapist 2 (PT 2) reports to the Director of Therapy for the JV Rehabilitation Hospital Physical Therapy team. The PT 2 serves UC Davis Health as a journey-level therapist, with two or more years of experience as a licensed physical therapist and has experience working in a variety of clinical settings.

The primary purpose of the UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital is to provide intensive rehabilitation services designed to restore patients to their optimal functional capacity and prepare for discharge home. This position would provide direct patient care in the UC Davis Rehabilitation Hospital.
