We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Celebrate Senior Living in Moline. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys working with older adults, values teamwork and wants to make a meaningful impact on resident's quality of life.
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled PT services per physician orders
Document care accurately and timely
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
Support resident safety, mobility and functional independance
