Qualifications

• Must have a current State Physical Therapy License.
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New grads welcome; training and mentoring provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Provides educational information to patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides; coordinates care with team.
• Administers treatment using physical agent modalities and ultrasound equipment.
• Plans and carries out individually designed programs of physical treatment to restore function and reduce pain.
• Establishes care plans and documents goals and progress.
