Health Link Home Health is seeking a dedicated physical therapist to deliver in-home PT services across the Bay Area. The role emphasizes patient care over paperwork, with a company vehicle provided and guaranteed daily pay for full-time hours.

In addition to a $15,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses, clinicians are supported by a scheduling team and AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours work. Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with CA license.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle for home visits.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and care teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting for visits.
