Courtyards Care Center in Orlando, FL is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our in-house rehab program and deliver patient-centered care. This full-time role offers a $12,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth.

You will assess and treat residents, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care plans, and contribute to a supportive workplace renowned for its appreciation of staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida RPT license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans.
• Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provides timely written documentation per facility requirements and payer requirements.
• Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through continued education.
• Supports and participates in department operations and development.
• Reports changes in patient status to Director of Rehab and the team as appropriate.
• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements of the RPT (Physical Therapist)

• Valid Florida RPT (Physical Therapist) License


• Current CPR

Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Registered Physical Therapists (RPT):

• Creates, implements, and executes patient treatment plans.


• Communicates with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.


• Provides timely written documentation per facility and department requirements and as required by insurance provider to meet licensing, certification, regulatory, and reimbursement requirements.


• Develops and enhances clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations.


• Supports and participates in department operations and development.


• Reports any changes in patient status or needs to Director of Rehab and interdisciplinary team as appropriate.


• Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants with the goal of ensuring optimal patient care and achievement of outcomes.
