Job summary

North Campus Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. We provide sub-acute medical care, rehab services, and 24-hour nursing in a caring, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include identifying patient goals, developing care plans, creating fitness and wellness programs, and documenting progress. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employees.
