Job summary

Mount Carmel Home Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Care in Ohio. You will support patients to regain mobility and independence, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Working knowledge of home health Conditions of Participation preferred
• Home healthcare experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
