Williston Care Center in Williston, FL, is seeking a Physical Therapist for an in-house subacute rehabilitation program. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a path for professional growth within a collaborative therapy team.

You will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with physicians and nurses to ensure continuity of care. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current ND Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
• CPR certification (BLS).
• Experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning using EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure continuity of care.

We’re currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in our subacute rehab unit.

Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist at Williston Care Center, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This is an in-house position—no third-party staffing—with access to a well-equipped therapy gym and an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
