Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current FL Physical Therapy license (or eligibility).
• CPR certification (BLS).
• Experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred, but new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning using EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and care techniques.
• Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
