Premier Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team across Mid-Michigan (Holt, Lansing/Frandor, Haslett, Grand Ledge). New grads are encouraged to apply as we provide mentorship, a balanced schedule, and a purpose-driven culture.

We offer a structured 12‑month Clinical Development Program with 1:1 mentorship, a supportive therapist-led environment, and growth opportunities across multiple clinics in the Lansing area.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon‑to‑be) Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong communicator and critical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT for orthopedic and post‑surgical conditions.
• Participate in Premier’s 12‑month Clinical Development Program with 1:1 mentorship.
• Deliver patient‑centered care with emphasis on outcomes and balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Mid‑Michigan clinics.
