Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in eastern Massachusetts. You will restore function, improve mobility, and help patients achieve health goals in a 1-on-1 care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements therapeutic programs based on established goals with consideration for medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions.
• Supervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to patient goals and treatment plans.
• Completes documentation meeting federal and state guidelines.
• Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines.
• All care is 1 on 1.
