Job summary

Atrius Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts to help patients restore function and mobility. You will work with a collaborative team of clinicians to deliver evidence-based, personalized care that supports long-term wellness and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning therapeutic programs, supervising PT Assistants, documenting to state/federal guidelines, and maintaining licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification preferred for specialty areas.
• 1+ years of outpatient experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements therapeutic programs based on established goals with consideration for medical recommendations, protocols, and precautions.
• Supervises the treatments provided by Physical Therapist Assistants relative to patient goals and treatment plans.
• Completes documentation meeting federal and state guidelines.
• Maintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelines.
• All care is 1-on-1 treatment.
