Physical Therapist (PT) & Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

A community-focused Level II Trauma Center in Yuma, AZ is hiring Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists for full-time, permanent roles in an acute care rehabilitation setting.

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (1-year commitment) or $10,000 (2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: $2,500 – $5,000 for candidates relocating from outside a 100-mile radius

Competitive Pay: $40.82 – $61.23 per hour (DOE)

Up to $127,358 annually

Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement

Schedule:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

40 hours per week

Requirements:

Physical Therapist: DPT, Arizona PT License (or eligibility), BLS (AHA)

Occupational Therapist: Graduate of an accredited OT program, Arizona OT License (or eligibility), BLS (AHA)
