Job summary

Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist in Yuma, AZ to join a community-focused hospital. This permanent, benefits-eligible role offers a 40-hour week, day shift, and a chance to contribute in an acute care Level II Trauma environment.

You will evaluate and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and post‑surgical patients, create individualized plans, supervise PTAs, and document in EPIC EMR. Competitive pay with sign-on and relocation incentives, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• BLS certification (AHA) is required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care techniques as patients progress.
• Direct and supervise the activities of Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document evaluations, care plans, and progress notes accurately in EPIC EMR.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventative strategies.
