Advance Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Florida seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with a strong orthopedics focus to join our team. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress in line with established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans per evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols/guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients/caregivers.
• Oversee patient care delivered by assistants/rehabilitation technicians.
• Write plan of care, set goals, and develop comprehensive programs.
• Implement PT treatment program and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for orthopedics and a thirst for continued knowledge and growth.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
