As a physical therapy professional in home health care, you play an essential role in providing our patients with high-quality services that are in accordance with their plan of care. You assist the physician in evaluating the level of functioning in each patient by providing initial and ongoing assessments. At times, you supervise physical therapy assistants and other home health aides as needed as well as evaluate our equipment to ensure optimal levels of functioning.

The safety of your patients is of the utmost importance to you, and you take great care to practice infection control by following universal precautions. You also actively recognize and report any forms of abuse according to policy as well as federal and state laws.
