We offer a $25K sign-on bonus and a $10K relocation bonus. The salary range is $48.22 to $62.80 per hour, plus full benefits. The role is eligible for a $10K per year geographic differential. We welcome new graduates to apply and see this as a great opportunity for career growth.

**Position:** Physical Therapist

Provides general Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations and treatments impacting patients' functional abilities. Oversees and directs the work of PT Assistants and other staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conducts evaluations and treatments for patients of various ages and diagnoses.
  2. Assesses, formulates treatment plans with goals, and implements therapy services.
  3. Supervises and modifies care plans based on patient response.
  4. Reviews clinical records and collaborates with healthcare team members.
  5. Documents patient encounters and treatments accurately.
  6. Works with inpatient and outpatient populations across settings.
  7. Leads and mentors support staff, students, or interns.
  8. Develops patient education and home exercise programs.
  9. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  10. Participates in administrative and committee duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
  • Current BLS certification and valid driver’s license.
Experience & Knowledge
  • Broad clinical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological assessments and treatments.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, billing, and documentation standards.
Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in fitting and training patients with adaptive devices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent in using information technology and electronic health records.
  • Effective in patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Additional Requirements
  • Up to 50% travel expected.
