Overview:

Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm, with one weekend per month

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Certification/Licensure

• Physical Therapy License (Required)

Experience

• Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions per standards of care and policies.
• Provide effective instruction to patients and families through standardized or individualized education programs.
• Develop collaborative interactions with team members, patients, and families to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in daily operations.
• Select and perform appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establish and update formal care plans tailored to patient needs.
