Job summary

Millennium Therapy in Winfield, IA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our patient-focused staff in the Skilled Nursing setting. We are therapist-owned and therapist-managed, operating across Iowa with a focus on individualized therapy goals and flexible scheduling to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Physical Therapy and state licensure; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
• Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required; may have additional administrative duties.
• Participates in the clinical team process.
• Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
• Involvement in clinical program development

Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time Physical Therapist to our staff in Winfield, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting. Millennium Therapy is a patient focused, therapist owned, and therapist managed company that operates throughout Iowa providing Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy in various settings. The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
