Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Wilmore, KY is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, supervise treatments, lead assessments, and develop personalized care plans. You will build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and celebrate progress while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
