Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to deliver one‑on‑one home-based care across New York. You will set your own hours and be connected with nearby patients via Luna's matching system, averaging short drives and efficient visits.

Experience with geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, or rehab medicine is valuable. Luna offers per‑visit pay, a Safety Shield, and integrated app-based workouts for comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active NY state PT license required.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Liability insurance in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
