Job summary

BrightStar Care in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes.

You will assess, plan, implement and monitor rehab programs, educate patients and families, and document progress while coordinating with clinical staff.

This PRN, on-site role offers flexible scheduling around your availability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

Qualifications

• Texas Physical Therapist license required.
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling.

Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the DFW area. Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
2. Experience in home health or outpatient settings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
5. Commitment to delivering compassionate and quality care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with diverse populations.
2. Are bilingual, especially in Spanish.
3. Possess relevant certifications in therapy techniques (e.g., orthopedic, pediatric).
