BrightStar Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home rehabilitation across the DFW area. This on-site, PRN role in Waxahachie offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will assess and tailor treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress while collaborating with the healthcare team for high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in home health or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and quality care.

Responsabilidades

Role Overview:

As a Physical Therapist at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the DFW area. Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
2. Experience in home health or outpatient settings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
5. Commitment to delivering compassionate and quality care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with diverse populations.
2. Are bilingual, especially in Spanish.
3. Possess relevant certifications in therapy techniques (e.g., orthopedic, pediatric).
