Job summary

Rose View Rehab and Care Center in Williamsport, PA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated health professionals. You will assess residents, develop and implement treatment plans, and help individuals regain mobility and independence.

Qualified candidates will hold a degree in Physical Therapy, be nationally certified, and have a passion for long-term care. This role requires the ability to work on-site in Williamsport, PA and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Certified by National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in long-term-care preferred.
• Must be able to work in Williamsport, PA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical and psychological assessments of clients and develop or follow a treatment plan.
• Advise on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
• Develop physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
• Evaluate results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and the latest therapy methods.
• Evaluate patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.

• Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.

• Developing physical rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.

• Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.

• Maintaining professional knowledge and the technical progress in order to provide clients with the best treatment program available.

• Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basic mental health.

Qualifications:
