Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team. The role involves planning initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings, and participating in clinical conferences to coordinate care.

The PT will treat residents one-on-one in private sessions, applying a functional-based approach and tailoring sessions to individual needs to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline is required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are required.
• Computer proficiency is required.
