Job summary

Jobtailor in Wheaton, IL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative services within a coordinated team. You will plan and implement initial and ongoing treatment programs based on clinical findings and participate in conferences to coordinate patient plans of care.

You will conduct one-on-one private sessions, tailor treatments using functional-based approaches, and focus on improving residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in area of discipline.
