Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist is required.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized PT plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs to improve mobility.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care.
