PruittHealth - Walterboro seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility and independence at 401 Witsell Street, Walterboro, SC 29488. This full-time PT role offers a compensation package up to $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, creating treatment plans, and promoting functional recovery. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome where applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs.
