We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team serving patients through a combination of inpatient, outpatient, and home health services within a community-based hospital setting. This position offers a diverse caseload spanning neurological and orthopedic diagnoses and provides the opportunity to work with patients across the lifespan, from school-aged children to geriatric adults.
The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the PT will provide individualized care to a diverse patient population with a wide range of neurological, orthopedic, post-surgical, and medical conditions.
