Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to support patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and rehabilitation team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
