Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living on-site in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. You will perform evaluations, deliver personalized treatment, and work across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings on our 60-acre campus.

Formación

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Experience with older adults across diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation is preferred.

Bring your passion for movement and meaningful care to Greenspring, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. We set you up for success with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, so you can focus on doing your best work every day.

What we offer:

• Onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residents
• Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age

• Compensation: $40.00 - $49.00 per hour (FT & PRN), based on experience
• Compensation: PRN Flat rate $55.00 per hour

What we require:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
