Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia, seeks a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site campus. You will perform evaluations and deliver personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient and home health settings for older adults.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer onboarding support, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time PTs, competitive hourly pay ($40–$49) with PRN at $55, plus a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. We set you up for success with dedicated onboarding and strong documentation support, so you can focus on doing your best work every day.

What we offer:

• Onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residents
• Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all employees over 18 years of age
