Job summary

Unifi Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care. You will deliver hands-on treatment, progress patients toward meaningful goals, and collaborate with case managers, respiratory therapy, and other team members to ensure seamless care.

You will maintain clear documentation, support a calm and encouraging environment, and mentor new grads as part of a supportive clinic culture that puts patient care first.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire.
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Patient-first mindset and strong communication.
