Our small outpatient clinic in the Village of Wappingers is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. We provide one-on-one, personalized care with a focus on the geriatric population. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy care to primarily geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and New York state regulations.
