Position Purpose:
Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and post-surgical conditions using evidence-based, hands-on, and individualized care. You’ll work in a one-on-one outpatient setting equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This role supports our mission to help patients achieve their personal goals and return to healthier, more active lives after therapy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical conditions.
Deliver one-on-one care using hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and health management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in orthopedic rehabilitation through continuing education.
Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in West Virginia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
