About the Position

We're looking for a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our home health team in Napa. This is a part time position. You'll provide exceptional care to patients in their homes, helping them regain their strength and independence. You'll work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and carry out individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. The goal is to help every patient reach their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Coverage Area: Napa, CA. Candidates must be able to visit patients in their homes throughout the Napa area.

Compensation:$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
