Job summary

AgeRight Therapy in Vacaville is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy with a focus on excellent outcomes. The role emphasizes leveraging clinical data to tailor treatment plans and using our evidence-based programs to guide care.

You’ll work within a team delivering high-quality, compassionate therapy to primarily senior patients. Eligible candidates should have a Physical Therapy degree and active licensure or be in the process.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy and craft personalized care plans based on clinical data.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications
