AgeRight Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver person-centered therapy at the Vacaville Convalescent and Rehab facility, under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will implement personalized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes for seniors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
