About the Position

• Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist
• Location: Avera Tyler Healthcare Center
• Position type: Full‑time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: Generally scheduled for 40 hours per week; flexible Monday through Friday.
• Settings: Treat patients in home health, outpatient, SNF/LTC, and hospital inpatient settings; caseload may be adjusted to suit your treating preferences.
