Big Stone Therapies, Inc. seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in Mahnomen, MN. The position is 1.0 FTE, typically 40 hours weekly, with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities across outpatient, SNF, LTC, and home health settings.

• Location: Mahnomen Health Center
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Home Health care services.
