Job summary

Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Mahnomen team. The role involves approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and a 1.0 FTE, benefits-eligible arrangement.

You’ll work across settings, including Outpatient, SNF, LTC and Home Health, within a collaborative care model with PT, OT and SLP. We offer extensive professional development: 16 hours annually, in-house CE, funding for courses and certs, licensed fees paid, 401k, and

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must be eligible for Minnesota PT licensure or licensed as a PT in Minnesota.
