Job summary

Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a weekend shift, PRN Physical Therapist to join our care team. This 180-bed, full-service facility provides inpatient and outpatient services with leading-edge technology in a warm, community-focused setting.

You will evaluate patients, formulate goals and treatment plans under physician referral, and contribute to ongoing development of the Physical Therapy Department to support the hospital’s mission.

Qualifications

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Oklahoma by the board of medical examiners
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days and before providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality patient care under physician's referral, which includes patient evaluations, treatment and the establishment of goals and treatment plans designed to return the patient to their highest functional level.
• Assists in the control and continuing development of the Physical Therapy Department in support of the goals and objectives.
