Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Tulsa, OK 74136

Pay Range: $39.78 - $59.68 per hour (Final pay is based on experience, specialty, and other relevant factors).

Note: $15K Sign On Bonus $10K Relocation is available

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care through accurate evaluation, treatment planning, and progression of therapy programs. You’ll also collaborate with families and healthcare providers to help patients achieve functional goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by initiating, administering, and progressing treatment plans.
• Accurately evaluate patients, set functional goals, and revise programs as progress is made.
• Document patient care, treatment charges, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Educate patients, families, and other healthcare providers on therapy plans and home programs.
• Maintain technical expertise through continuing education, in-services, and knowledge of clinical advances.
• Assist with training of new staff, students, and volunteers as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective, patient-centered outcomes.

• Valid State of Oklahoma Physical Therapy License (or Temporary Letter of Authorization).
