Job summary

Casas Adobes Post-Acute Rehabilitation Center in Northwest Tucson is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and HSA options.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing individualized plans, and leading rehabilitation sessions while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (required) in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing facilities preferred.
• 1 year of Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement mobility, strength, and functional rehabilitation interventions.
• Lead therapy sessions using manual techniques and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists for coordinated care.
• Ensure safety protocols (BLS/CPR) are followed during procedures.
• Assist in managing rehabilitation services and staff development.

Job Type: Full-time, Part time, PRN

Pay: $45 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation regulations and best practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence for patients with diverse disabilities.
• Lead patient rehabilitation sessions utilizing manual handling techniques and physiotherapy modalities to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards such as basic life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) protocols during all procedures.
• Assist in managing rehabilitation services within the facility, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

Experience:

Skilled Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)
