Job summary

Connecthcs's client, a 75+ bed hospital located in SE Arizona, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to evaluate, treat, and educate patients while improving movement and independence.

You will develop treatment plans, provide direct care, and collaborate with rehab teams to support discharge planning and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Experience in rehab or acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Education: Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience: Previous experience in rehab or acute care setting preferred.
• License: Current PT license.
• Certifications: CPR certification required.
