Responsibilities

• Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: In‑facility
• Reporting to: Director of Rehab
• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver physical therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills for independence
• Collaborate with peers and refer for additional care

Qualifications

1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. Master's degree in a related field and Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or
4. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
5. Foreign earned degree evaluated as U.S. equivalent.

Compensation

USD $43.00 – $50.00 per hour.
