Job summary

Powerback is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care teams. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver personalized therapy to children and older adults.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and contribute to ongoing care improvements. A state license and eligibility or active PT credentials are required to join our mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a related Master’s with a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy.
• For graduates outside the U.S., degree must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Other qualifications as required.
