Job summary

Sentara Therapy Center Granby in Norfolk, VA seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will assess, plan, and participate in rehabilitative programs aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and addressing disabling conditions from disease or injury.

You will educate clients and caregivers and supervise designated team members. We offer market-competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with a base salary range of $103,376.00 to $149,115.20 per year for full-time work, plus potential

Qualifications

• Educational prerequisites include a Physical Therapy degree and state licensure.
• Certification in Basic Life Support is required.
• Active Virginia PT license is expected.

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehab programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate clients and caregivers with age-appropriate information.

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

• Education Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree - Physical Therapy Certification/Licensure BLS VA Physical Therapy License

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
